Every morning while I wake up have the habit of switching on the Radio One and listening to 94.3, did the same even today…. While I was brushing my teeth could hear the cuckoo singing its regular chores… As the volume of the songs in the radio increased even the cuckoo’s volume and frequency were increasing… felt as if the cuckoo was trying to compete the songs from radio...… I tried to increase the volume of the radio and the reaction of cuckoo was the same again it kept on singing more loudly and melodiously…… and this time I could even listen the squirrels adding there voice….. I lowered the volume of radio and then switched it off….. The cuckoo and squirrel continued their tunes… Was feeling so good listening to them… early in the morning with my cup of coffee in hand standing in front of the window and feeling the breeze entering my room I started to imitate the cuckoo… cooo oooo cooo ooo … the cuckoo’s voice reciprocated…. Coooo uoooo cooo uooo….. and the squirrels in between….Wow that was amazing it went on for fifteen minutes was least bothered about time and what the neighbors might be thinking of me this early morning. One thing for sure they would have definitely cursed me for waking them up so early on a Monday morning!!! Oooops time to get ready otherwise will be running for my bus Monday morning. Quickly I gulped my coffee and off continued with my daily routine. I could hear the cuckoo call coo uooo… coo uoooo…. Cooo uoooo…. No response from me… so a cuhuo cuhuo cuhuo cuhuo… cooo uooo and then no more of the sweet melody…..
