2 cups - MTR Rava idle mix…
4 cups - curd
2 onion – Chopped
3~4 green chillies finely chopped
1 corriander
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep aside for 15 min.
Keep the masalapoddu/ponganalu tawa on a low flame for 10 min.
Pour the mix to the tawa and allow them for a golden
brown color… and then turn the other side..
Serve ponganalu with either sauce or pickel.
